Recently I spent most of a day looking at home improvement stores and plumbing supply houses for an adapter that would go from a 1/4″ flare fitting to a 1/4″ IPS compressor fitting. My solution was to buy a Pasco copper tube flaring tool and build the fitting myself.
This tool will flare outside copper tube sizes (CTS) from: 3/16-Inch, 1/4-Inch, 5/16-Inch, 3/8-Inch, 1/2-Inch, and 5/8-Inch.
The only thing I didn’t like about the flaring tool is that it didn’t come with any instructions on how to use the tool. But with a little trial and error it was pretty easy to figure out.

Very interesting. There are many variations of different sprinkler sets when considering a lawn irrigation system. Thanks for sharing.
